Ouranite, Artifact

Not found planet side, void mana is only found in the darkest depths of the star void. Once processed into Ouranite it is so cold that it burns and smells like hot metal.

• Armor – As an action, you may cast the spell Etherealness on yourself. This ability may be used up to twice a day, and recharges every day at dawn.
• Weapon – Once per day, one target you hit must make a successful Wisdom save with a DC of 13 + your proficiency bonus or be thrown into a random plane. This ability recharges every day at dawn.
• Other – You are surrounded with by a shimmering blue barrier of energy that is only perceptible in the pitch dark. You no longer need to breathe, or eat, and gain immunity to cold and radiant damage. In addition, you may cast the spell Dimension Door as an action up to five times a day. This ability recharges at the end of a long rest.
